PANIC DISORDER

Panic disorder is when a person has sudden attacks of intense fear or discomfort, called panic attacks. These attacks can happen without warning and make the person afraid of having more attacks.

The Symptoms are:

– Sudden, intense fear or panic

– Fast heartbeat or chest pain

– Sweating or shaking

– Feeling short of breath

– Feeling like you’re choking

– Feeling dizzy or lightheaded

– Fear of losing control or going crazy

– Fear of dying.
