OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder)

OCD is when a person has constant, unwanted thoughts that cause them anxiety. To feel better, they might do certain actions repeatedly, like washing hands or checking things, even if it doesn’t make sense.

OCD Symptoms are:

– Obsessive thoughts, like fear of germs or needing everything in order.

– Repeating actions, like cleaning or checking something over and over.

– Spending a lot of time on these thoughts and actions.

– Feeling unable to stop these thoughts or actions.
